At one of the demo’s James did a loin of lamb (which was seared and then covered with sweet chilli sauce) served with pickled vegetables. From what I remember it was an instant pickle made with rice wine vinegar & sugar. Where there any other ingredients and does anyone know what the ratio vinegar to sugar is?
