Join James at the Essex Fine Food Show for demonstrations at 11am, 1pm and 3pm on the Verstegen Chef's Stage. Show goers will also be able to visit over 100 stands featuring great cookery gadget and much more.

Choose from a Gold Seat (Rows A-F) a Silver Seat (rows G-L) or a Bronze Seat (rows M-W).
