Ingredients

  • 400g soft butter
  • 400g caster sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 400g self raising flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tbs milk
  • 2 tbs vanilla bean paste
  • Butter to grease

 

To decorate:
  • Sweets
  • 200ml white icing
  • Marshmallow penguins
  • Santa

Method

Pre heat the oven to 180c

Grease a 26cm bundt tin with butter.

In a kitchen aid, beat the butter and sugar until white. Beat in the eggs and milk and vanilla. Fold in the flour, spoon into the tin and bake in the middle shelf for 45 minutes.

Turn onto a cake stand, using a 8cm cutter cut the centre out to make it larger. When cool fill the centre with sweets, spoon over the icing and decorate with penguins and santa.
