Ingredients

  • 200g caster sugar
  • 25ml water
  • 1 tsp liquid glucose
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 200g dark or white chocolate, melted
  • Halloween sprinkles

Method

Bring the sugar and water to the boil for 4 minutes.

When coloured amber, add the glucose followed by the honey.

Once dissolved, remove from the heat and then whisk in the bicarbonate of soda.

Pour onto a lined mat and leave to cool.

Break into shards, dip into melted chocolate and cover in sprinkles and leave to set.
