Cioppino
This fish and seafood stew is the ultimate one pot dish. Use your favourite selection of fish and seafood to make the recipe your own!

Heat a bbq until hot and the coals are white.
Heat the 1/3rd of the oil in a large pan add the garlic and star anise, then pop in the crab, mussels, clams and salmon, add the wine.
When its bubbling add the tomatoes, season. Add 50ml more olive oil, pop the lid on and cook for 10 minutes, sprinkle over parsley and drizzle in more oil if desired.
