Ingredients

- 160g cooked chicken
- 2 thick slices ham

- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 200ml veg oil

- 200g pastrami
- 100ml mayo
- Dijon mustard
- 12 slices pancetta fried until crisp
- 2 large pickles sliced
- 3 thick slices bread toasted
- 50g grated parmesan cheese
- 200g grated cheddar
Method
Club Sarnie – serves 1
Heat a BBQ until the coals are hot and white
To make the mayo by blitzing the eggs and Dijon slowly drizzle in the oil until thick season.
To make the sarnie, Fry the pancetta until crisp Layer up the pancetta chicken and ham with the lettuce and tomatoes and lots of mayo.
Pancetta and Pickle Sarnie – serves 2
Mix the mayo and mustard together.
In a pan add the cheese fry until just crisp pop 1 of the toasted bread slices in , then remove from the pan .Place the other slice of toasted bread onto a plate layer up the pastrami pancetta mayo mustard and pickles fat drizzle in mustard sit the cheesy bread lid on top and serve
