Firecracker Chicken Lollipops
These Chicken Lollipops are spicy, sweet and sticky. The sauce starts with a ketchup base and you can add whatever flavour you like! Coat in garlic, onion, chilli or cashew!
Remove the skin from the drumstick, cut ¼ of the way from the top all the way through.
Trim back and scrape away any excess, pop into a pan with a lid add all the sauce ingredients, cover.
Bring to the boil then simmer for 30 minutes, take off the lid and reduce the sauce until sticky.
Carefully pick up the drumsticks and coat in the toppings, serve with lime wedges.
