  • 6 mini vine tomatoes (sweetest you can get) and peeled
  • 1 slice of boudin noir
  • 12 girolles or alternative little wild mushrooms
  • 1 quail eggs
  • 1 lambs kidneys fresh
  • 4 slices of thin pancetta or smoked streaky bacon thinly sliced
  • 1 sausage, skin removed
  • Optional: Small amount of mushroom ketchup
