Meatballs with Tomato Sauce
This meatball dish will be sure to bring all the family together, not to mention it’s a favourite of James's!

Season the meat, mix together thoroughly and roll into 12 even sized balls.
Heat a large non-stick pan on a medium heat.
Add the olive oil, garlic and basil, warm for a minute or two, then add the tomatoes.
Season, stir through, then gently bubble for 8 to 10 minutes.
Pop in the meatballs, place the lid on top and cook for a further 8 to 10 minutes.
