Pilaf Rice
You'll get light and fluffy rice every time with this perfect pilau rice recipe from James.
Add the oil to an oven proof pan and place over a medium heat. When the oil is hot add the onions and for 10 minutes until coloured.
Add the rice and spices, then the stock and cover in a paper cartouche cut with a hole in the middle.
Simmer for 12-15 minutes until the water has evaporated then serve.
