Sloe and Blackberry Jam
Home-made jam is delicious and this recipe uses beautiful blackberries and Sloe Gin for a sweet kick!
Place all the ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil. Cook for 10 minutes, boiling rapidly.
Pour into a sterilised jar, chill and cover in wax paper.
To serve: slice a scone in half, spread with butter, then top with jam and clotted cream.
