Ingredients

  • 1 round loaf of crusty bread
  • 300g sliced ham
  • 400g sliced somerset cheese
  • 8 merguez sausages, cooked
  • Selection of pickles and sauces
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Take the bread and cut a 20cm wide x 3cm  circle from the top, pop to one side and hollow out the middle of the loaf.

Layer up the ham, cheese, sausages and pickles. Season between layers and repeat until the bread is filled up.

Press down and pop the bread lid on.
