Gin & Pine Bullet
  • 60ml Pine infused gin
  • 40ml Kummel liqueur
  • 20ml Vodka
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 large Grapefruit twist
Breakfast Martini
  • Chilled cocktail glass, cubed ice, shaken
  • 50ml London Dry Gin
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of Seville marmalade
  • 1 small triangle of buttered white toast
Bamboo
  • Chilled cocktail glass, cubed ice, stirred
  • 50ml Fino Sherry
  • 25ml Dry vermouth (Noilly Prat)
  • 25ml Sweet vermouth (Martini Rosso)
  • 5ml sugar syrup (optional)
  • 2 dash Orange bitters
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 large orange twist
