The Cookery Club comprises 12 cooking stations, a chef’s performance area and state of the art technology, it’s designed to make you feel confident and inspired! Once inside you will learn how to cook while enjoying stunning sea views.
James teaches on selected cruises, but when he’s not on board, the dedicated Cookery Club team provides expert tuition to help you develop those all-important cooking techniques and presentation skills.
With classes that cater for all skill levels and focus on everything from street food to how to make perfect éclairs, there really is a class for everyone.
When on board, James hosts special dinners for up to 14 guests. You will discover how to make three delicious courses and then sit down to enjoy them with the chef. Wine is matched to the dishes.
