Ingredients

  • 2 camembert sliced
  • 6 slices streaky bacon
  • 2 pickled onions 1/4d
  • Few sprigs rosemary
  • 4 thick slices  cheddar
  • 100g panko
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g flour
  • 1 Mont Dor cheese warmed
To serve
  • Stilton
  • Celery
  • Vacherin
  • Grapes
  • Chutney
  • Pickled onions
  • Crackers

Method

Pre heat the oven to 200c.

Wrap the camembert in bacon pop back in the box put onto a deep baking tray top with rosemary and onions and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Pane the cheddar and fry for 1 minute drain onto kitchen paper. Serve with all of the above.
