Baked Duck Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Herb Butter

This baked duck egg with smoked salmon and herb butter is an easy but impressive breakfast dish. Ready in no time and limited prep! Winner!

Ingredients

  • 400g smoked salmon slices
  • 4 duck eggs
  • 25g butter
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Pre heat the oven to 200°C.

Using ¼ of the butter grease 6 individual oven proof moulds.

Lay the salmon in the bottom of each dish then crack 1 egg in each dish.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and serve.
