Ingredients

  • 150g Popped Corn
  • 300g Butter
  • 300g Brown Sugar
  • 100g Duche de leche
  • 4tsp Maldon Sea Salt

Method

Bring the butter, sugar, dulche and salt gently to a boil until all dissolved.

Whilst hot pour over and roll evenly through the Popped Corn. Sprinkle over more salt if desired.
