Paella
Paella is the perfect dish for serving up to crowd. Pop the dish in the middle and let everyone dive in!
In a large frying pan or paella pan, heat the oil and fry the chicken for 4 minutes.
Add the onions and garlic and then add the paprika, saffron and rosemary. Then add rice and tomatoes and stock and simmer for 30 minutes.
Then add the mussels and prawns and cook for a further 5 minutes with the lid on.
Season, sprinkle over the parsley, squeeze over the lemon and serve.
