Tuna with Ginger Sauce and Oriental Salad
This light and tasty Tuna with Ginger Sauce and Oriental Salad is packed with fresh flavours including mango, lime, coconut and mint. There is a bit of heat in the dish and it is delicious!
To make the sauce, place all the ingredients into a pan, bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Blitz and pass through a sieve pop into a bowl.
Brush the tuna with oil and pan fry for 1 to 2minutes on each side, slice.
To serve, place the tuna onto a platter, top with salad, drizzle over soy and squeeze over lime.
